Step #1: The Consultation
If you are in the process of planning your wedding and like what you see here, please contact me to schedule a consultation. There is absolutely no cost or obligation for this consultation. This is our chance to meet face to face (either in person or via Skype, though phone consultations work too), and make sure that we are a good fit for each other. I will help you understand just how I will capture your special day through photography and show you some of the amazing artwork that will be created from your wedding portraits. If you decide that you think that my creative vision and approach is right for your wedding, then I will proudly put my heart and soul into creating something truly amazing for you!
Step #2: Booking
To guarantee my availability for your wedding, we will do a legitimate contract to guarantee you will get exactly what I promise. Most couples usually book me anywhere from 6 months to a year in advance, so please plan accordingly. Because I take a limited number of weddings per year, the spaces tend to fill up quickly. A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of your chosen package amount is required to reserve your date. After that, we’ll schedule any future meetings to finalize your wedding day details and plan out an awesome engagement session.
Step #3: Your Wedding Photography
Throughout the upcoming months leading to your big day, we will discuss many things, from your timeline to any special requests you have. I am always available for any questions you may have. I will visit the ceremony venue and the reception venue, talk with your wedding coordinator and the other vendors in order to make sure your wedding photography is exactly what you want.
Step #4: Image Premier & Ordering Session
Your wedding photographs will be ready for presentation about 2-4 weeks after your wedding, fully hand edited and ready to behold. Photography is one of my favorite things to do. But seeing my clients when they view their beautiful images for the first time? Well, THAT might be my favorite part! Make sure you have a box of tissues ready for your image premier – you’re going need them! At the Image Premier and Ordering Session (for destination weddings, this can be done online), we’ll get together to view your photos and finalize the details of your wedding album and any other amazing artwork that you would love to create and own. Once the album is finalized, the design process takes around a month. This is to make sure that it is absolutely museum-worthy and ready to print.
